La psychothérapie est une méthode traditionnellement utilisée pour l’accompagnement des personnes en difficulté psychique. Elle englobe un ensemble de problématiques allant de la gestion d’un traumatisme à la remise en question en passant par la dépression. Elle demande un travail de fond, allant de quelques mois à plusieurs années et elle est principalement utilisée en psychanalyse et en psychologie clinique.

Méthode de l’ACP
Je privilégie la méthode de l’Approche Centrée sur la Personne développée par Carl Rogers. J’ai également des bonnes connaissances dans d’autres types de thérapie tel que la psychanalyse, la psychologie intégrative ou la psychopathologie.
Psychologie du travail
Afin d’accompagner au mieux les personnes en situation de souffrance au travail, je maitrise les outils de la clinique du travail. Si vous rencontrez des difficultés sur votre lieu de travail, il est parfois préférable d’en parler plutôt que de subir. Je connais parfaitement les spécificités de l’activité salariale et du fonctionnariat et je pourrais vous aider à trouver les bons outils pour répondre à vos questions et vous aider à vous positionner dans votre environnement professionnel.

Pour des raisons de disponibilités professionnelles, les demandes de consultation pour les enfants ne sont plus à l’ordre du jour. Vous pouvez pour cela vous orienter vers un établissement spécialisé de votre secteur d’habitation ou vers un psychologue libéral spécialisé en psychologie de l’enfant ou du développement.
La consultation en ligne est elle aussi efficace que la consultation en présentiel ?
Contrairement à une idée répandue par certains psychologues eux même, la consultation en ligne est tout aussi efficace et pertinente que la consultation en cabinet. Si certains préfèrent le confort d’un espace dédié à la consultation, d’autres préféreront la simplicité de consulter depuis chez soi et et rester dans un environnement familier.
